The number of positive COVID-19 cases are decreasing. This is great news but more incentive to keep wearing masks, washing hands, and social distancing. Yes, we're almost a year into this, but you've been standing firm, so keep doing so! Hopefully, most of the city (and nation) will be vaccinated by the end of summer.
On February 10, Governor Pritzker announced expanding phase 1b to those with underlying conditions. While we are making progress every day with vaccinating people in 1a and 1b, at this time Chicago is not being supplied enough doses to expand phase 1b to include those with underlying conditions.
