The P-EBT (Pandemic Electronic Benefits Transfer) will be providing $450 for food through the federal program which is sending these funds to those who typically have access to free or reduced-price in-school meals. Because CPS provides meals to all students, all CPS students will be eligible to receive these funds. P-EBT funds will be accepted at any grocery store where EBT funds are accepted.
Parents who have recently moved are encouraged to update their address with their children's school and be on the lookout for the first P-EBT cards to arrive this month.
