The Chicago Department of Public Health (CDPH) has launched a mobile-friendly, web-based application to support residents during the COVID-19 pandemic.
By registering, you receive these three benefits.
A Symptom Coach: CDPH uses this platform to help you know what to do if you have COVID-19 symptoms. If you have symptoms, you can check in the app and let them know. They may text or call you to provide guidance about where and when to seek medical care, as well as quarantine information.
Testing Information: By registering with Chi COVID Coach, CDPH alerts you on when and where COVID-19 Testing is available.
Vaccination Registration: This app will also serve as a pre-registration for the vaccine, once it is available.
