32nd Ward Alderman Scott Waguespack invites you to attend a meeting to discuss a proposed zoning change for a new construction, 42-unit residential building. The plan calls for the building to be built above and around the former Dinkels Bakery. There will be sixteen parking spaces. Existing buildings at 3327 and 3333 N Lincoln would be demolished, with the façade of 3327 preserved. To view the plans, please click here.
