Watch out Roscoe Village, there's a new baker in town. Ernesto Lethje recently opened Brick and Cake at 2009 W. Roscoe. Ernesto has been in the food industry for an extremely long time and decided it was time for him to batter up! Get it? Batter? Cakes?
This week, he was welcomed by the Lakeview Roscoe Village Chamber of Commerce with a ribbon cutting. Many of his fellow supportive business neighbors came by such as Winnie Cooper Boutique and Cubbington's Cabinet. Check out Brick and Cake for all your sweet needs on Instagram, but wait!
