It is your responsibility to shovel the snow in front of your home or business. It is very important that you do it so that your neighbors and other pedestrians can safely navigate the sidewalks. If you don't shovel, it causes serious issues for folks who are disabled, using strollers, and/or walking pets. If you have a corner property, please make sure to also clear an entrance to the crosswalk. Please check in with your senior neighbors who may not be able to manage shoveling their sidewalks and porch stairs by themselves. No one likes to do it, we get it! It's cold! But it is also greatly appreciated by those around you. If you have a neighbor that isn't taking care of it and you want to report them, you can call 311 (or enter online) or print and slip this note onto their doors.
