Our office has received a number of calls about delayed postal service, especially in Logan Square. We have reached out to the USPS and have been advised that if you have concerns, you should first try to reach out to your local post office or call the Chicago Consumer Affairs office at 312-983-8403.
Please help out your local mail carrier by clearing your stairs, carriageway, and sidewalk to allow them safe and easy access. We are still working with our local congressional offices to provide them with the information on failed delivery of mail and hope to get hearings and action in Washington, D.C. on the problem.
